Brazil – Seek comments on proposed procedures for the registration of phytochemicals that are characterized as pesticides and their related products

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology-INMETRO notified Ordinance, No. 102, 26 May 2020, opens a 90-day period for comments on a draft proposal for Joint Technical Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA), the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources) (Ibama) and the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa), concerning the procedures for the registration of phytochemicals that are characterized as pesticides and their related products.
