China proposes good manufacturing practice for powder formulae for infants and young children

National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC) proposes standard which stipulates the basic requirements and management criteria of places, facilities and personnel for raw material procurement, processing, packaging, storage and transportation in the production process of powder formulae for infants and young children. This standard applies for the production of powder infant and young children formula food with dairy or soybean and its processed products as the main raw materials.
