South Africa proposes regulations relating to tea and related products intended for sale

Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development proposed new regulations set out the categories, standards and labelling requirements for locally manufactured and imported Tea and Related Products intended for sale in South Africa.

Proposed date of adoption:12 months after the date of publication in the South African Government Gazette.

Proposed date of entry into force:12 months after the date of publication in the South African Government Gazette.

Final date for comments:60 days from notification
