Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency proposes maximum residue limits (MRLs) for Pyriofenone as given below;

MRL (ppm)1           Raw Agricultural Commodity (RAC) and/or Processed Commodity

0.3                                           Fruiting Vegetables (crop subgroup 8-09)

1 ppm = parts per million

Products Covered: Pesticide Pyriofeone in or on various commodities

Proposed date of adoption:Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website.

Proposed date of entry into force:On the date measure is adopted

Final date for comments:19 April 2020
