The objective of the notified document PMRL2019-32 is to consult on the listed maximum residue limit (MRL) for the following:

Pyraflufen-Ethyl

0.01             Annual canarygrass seeds

Bentazon

MRL (ppm)   Raw Agricultural Commodity (RAC) and/or Processed Commodity

0.4                   Meat by-products of cattle, goats, horses, and sheep

0.06                 Kidney of poultry

0.05                 Eggs; fat and meat of cattle, goats, hogs, horses, and sheep; fat, meat, and meat by-products of poultry (except kidney); meat by-products of hogs

0.02                 Milk

Ametoctradin

80                          Leaf lettuce

2,4-D

Proposed date of adoption:  Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website.

Proposed date of entry into force:  On the date the measure is adopted

Final date for comments: 9 February 2020
