South Africa - Regulations relating to the protection of Geographical Indications used on agricultural products intended for sale in the Republic of South Africa (New Regulations)

The proposed new regulations set out the registration procedure for South African and foreign Geographical Indications (GIs) on agricultural products (excluding wines and spirits), and the protection of such registered names.
