China - Administration Regulation on the Access of New Energy Vehicle Manufactures and Products

This regulation specifies administrative rules and review requirements for the access of new energy vehicle manufacturers and products in China. It specifies the requirements for the new energy vehicle manufacturers with regards to strengthening safety supervision and promoting, production conformity, etc. The regulation provides a transitional period for the existing new energy vehicle manufacturers and products to meet the new requirements.

Proposed date of entry into force: 1 July 2017

Final date for comments: 25 December 2016
