China - Tentative Administrative Rules on Enterprises Average Fuel Consumption and New Energy Vehicle Credits

This document stipulates annual average fuel consumption requirements for enterprises selling passenger cars in China, annual production scale requirements of new energy vehicle and penalties for non-compliance etc.
