Kenya - DKS 2679:2016 Goat cheese – Specification published

Kenya Bureau of Standards has published specification prescribes the requirements and methods of test and sampling for goat cheese intended for direct consumption or for further processing. The Standard applies to goat cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk

Proposed date of adoption: March 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Trade and Co-operatives

Final date for comments: 30 December 2016
