Turkey - Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Olive Oil and Olive Pomace Oil

Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock/General Directorate of Food and Control has issued Communiqué on Olive Oil and Olive Pomace Oil.The purpose of this Communiqué is to determine the criteria for olive oil and olive pomace oil in line with Codex Alimentarius Standards, EU legislation and International Olive Council  Standards.

Proposed date of publication : 15 March 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: [ ] Six months from date of publication, and/or : 15 March 2017. One year transitional period.

Final date for comments: [ ] Sixty days from the date of circulation of the notification and/or :1 February 2017
