Brazil - Draft Technical Resolution on the use of additives and technology supporting in food

Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) has issued draft technical Resolution no. 272, 8 November 2016, regarding the use of additives and technology supporting in food. This Draft Resolution authorizes the use of additives and technology supporting in different classes of food and includes them in some Anvisa regulations.
