Canada - Proposed Maximum Residue Limit for Clomazone

Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), Health Canada has proposed Maximum Residue Limit: Clomazone (PMRL2016-56). The objective of the notified document PMRL2016-56 is to consult on the listed domestic maximum residue limit (MRL) for clomazone that has been proposed by the Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

1 ppm = parts per million

2 MRL proposed at the limit of quantitation (LOQ) of the enforcement method.

Proposed date of adoption : Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website.

Proposed date of entry into force: [ ] Six months from date of publication, and/or : On the date the measure is adopted.

Final date for comments: [ ] Sixty days from the date of circulation of the notification and/or : 31 December 2016
