EU - Draft Regulation authorising a health claim made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children's development and health and amending Regulation (EU) No 432/2012

European Commission has issued draft Commission Implementing Regulation concerns the authorisation of one health claim made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children's development and health in accordance with Article 18(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 on nutrition and health claims made on foods.

Proposed date of adoption: 1st quarter 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: 20 days from publication in the Official Journal of the EU

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
