Turkey – Methods of sampling and analysis for the control of the levels of trace elements and processing contaminants in foodstuffs are notified

Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock/General Directorate of Food and Control has issued notification on the methods of sampling and analysis for the control of the levels of trace elements and processing contaminants in foodstuffs.It also establishes the performance criteria with which the method of analysis used for official control has to be complied.
