Turkey - Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Grape molasses

Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock/General Directorate of Food and Control has issued Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Grape molasses. The purpose of this Communiqué is to determine the definition, product features and labelling of grape molasses.
