Directorate: Food Safety and Quality Assurance has proposed regulations relating to the Grading, Packing and Marking of Soya Beans intended for sale in the Republic of South Africa in terms of the Agricultural Product Standards Act No. 119 of 1990. It cover the quality standards, containers,
packing and marking requirements, sampling procedures, methods of inspection,
offences and penalties, other legislation and repeal of regulation

Final date for comments: 2 December 2016
