Russia - Draft Amendments No. 2 to the Technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of perfumery and cosmetics" (TR TC 009/2011)

Eurasian Economic Commission has issued draft Amendments No. 2 to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "The safety of perfumery and cosmetics" (TR TC 009/2011) provide definitions for "perfume and cosmetic products for self-tanning" and "seller", for the updating of the requirements on the pH of the of cosmetic products, for the updating of indexes and the elimination of technical errors in the Annexes 1-5, for the clarification of the particular provisions of the technical regulations.

Proposed date of entry into force: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Final date for comments: 10 November 2016
