Department of Health has issued amendment to Regulations Governing Tolerances for Fungus-Produced Toxins in Foodstuffs: Amendment. The Regulation makes provision for the Maximum Levels of Fungus-Produced Toxins in Foodstuffs under the control of the Department of Health, in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act 54 of 1972)

Proposed date of adoption: As soon as goverment gazette is published

Proposed date of entry into force: As soon as goverment gazette is published

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
