Uganda - Draft standard DUS DEAS 896:2016 for Fried fish

Uganda National Bureau of Standards has published draft standardDUS DEAS 896:2016 for Fried fish. This Draft Uganda standard specifies requirements, methods of sampling and test for fried fish which may be whole or portions intended for human consumption. The standard covers all fish species.

Proposed date of adoption: January 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.

Final date for comments: 4 November 2016
