Uganda - Draft standard DUS DEAS 95:2016 for Sorghum flour

Uganda National Bureau of Standards has published draft East African Standard DUS DEAS 95:2016 for Sorghum flour specifies the requirements, methods of sampling and test for sorghum flour obtained from decorticated sorghum grains (Sorghum bicolour (L) Moench.) intended for human consumption. It does not apply to grits or meal obtained from sorghum.

Proposed date of adoption: January 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.

Final date for comments: 4 November 2016
