Brazil – Draft technical regulation establishing the completion of the identity and quality standards for fruit pulps

Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply - MAPA  has issued a draft technical regulation establishing the completion of the identity and quality standards for fruit pulps to be submitted to industrial processes and treatment that maintains its presentation and conservation up to the moment of human consumption as a beverage.

It revokes the attachments I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI of the Ordinance Nº 1, 7 January 2000 (Instrução Normativa Nº 1,  de 7/2000).

Proposed date of entry into force: To be determined after the end of the consultation period

Final date for comments: 1 November 2016
