EU - Draft Commission Regulation amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products

The European commission has issued a draft regulation to aims at authorizing the use of ZINC PYRITHIONE for purposes other than inhibiting the development of micro-organisms in rinse-off anti-dandruff hair products (cosmetic products).

Proposed date of adoption:   2nd / 3rd quarter 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: 20 days from publication in the Official Journal of the EU

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
