Japan – Amendment to Enforcement Order of Industrial Safety and Health Law and related ordinances.

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has issued notification enforcing order of Industrial Safety and Health Law and related ordinances are to be partially amended to place obligations on the business operators relating to o-Toluidine.

Proposed date of entry into force: January 2017 (planned)

Final date for comments: 15 October 2016
