Secretaría de Comercio (Secretariat of Trade) has issued notification amending in certification of compliance with the essential safety requirements for lifts and/or their safety components. It  replaces Annex II of former Secretariat of Industry, Trade and Mining Resolution No. 897/1999 concerning certification procedures and deadlines.
