This draft Uganda standard specifies requirements and method of sampling and test for unfermented but fermentable juice, intended for direct consumption, obtained from fresh tomatoes (Lycopersicum esculentum L.), puree, paste or concentrates.

Proposed date of adoption: December 2016

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives

Final date for comments: 1 October 2016
