Philippines - Amendment to the Rules and Regulations Concerning the Product Certification Schemes of the Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS)

This Department Administrative Order (DAO) amends the rules and regulations on BPS Product Certification Schemes prescribed under DAO 04:2008, DAO 05:2008, DAO 15-01:2008, its implementing guidelines and the particular standard's implementing guidelines.

Proposed date of adoption: This order shall take effect 15 days after its publication in an official gazette of general circulation

Proposed date of entry into force: This order shall take effect 15 days after its publication in an official gazette of general circulation

Final date for comments: 30 days after the date of notification
