Japan – Proposed maximum residue limits (MRLs) for the Pesticide: Etofenprox.

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has issued notification proposing maximum residue limits (MRLs) for the Pesticide: Etofenprox. Japan has received some comments and relevant data through the WTO/SPS notification as G/SPS/N/JPN/435 circulated on 9 December 2015. The MHLW has decided to modify the draft maximum residue limits (MRLs) for Etofenprox in some commodities based on the provided data.

Proposed date of adoption : As soon as possible after the final date for the comment period.

Proposed date of publication : As soon as possible after the final date for the comment period.

Final date for comments: [X] Sixty days from the date of circulation of the notification and/or: 1 October 2016. Comments only to updated MRLs (marked with white circles in attached annexes).
