SECOND SCHEDULE PART II REQUIREMENTs RELATING TO WATER EFFICIENCY 1. Every flushing cistern or flush valve shall be of such a design as to use not more than the amount of water specified in paragraph 18 (1), (2) or (5) of the First Schedule, as the case may be. 2.
