Mexico - Regulations of the Federal Plant Health Law

Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food has issued regulation to regulate the provisions of the Federal Law on Plant Health in relation to plant health as well as implementation, verification and certification of Systems Risk Reduction Pollution in Primary Production plant, in order to have an appropriate level of plant protection and risk reduction of pollution on plants, their products and by-products in the country.
