Japan – Draft amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Fertilizer Regulation Act

Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has issued draft amendments of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Fertilizer Regulation Act, etc.  This draft has proposed deregulating the requirement of the designated combined fertilizer. Extending the valid period of registration of a part of normal fertilizer.

Proposed date of adoption:  September 2016

Proposed date of entry into force:  October 2016

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
