Canada -  Proposed Maximum Residue Limit: Clopyralid (PMRL2016-35):  

Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), Health Canada has proposed Maximum Residue Limit for Clopyralid (PMRL2016-35. The objective of the notified document PMRL2016-35 is to consult on the listed domestic maximum residue limits (MRLs) for clopyralid that have been proposed by Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

¹Proposed to replace the currently established MRL of 0.36 ppm in these commodities.

²Proposed to replace the currently established MRLs of 0.05 ppm in meat by-products of cattle, goats, horses, and sheep.

³Proposed to replace the currently established MRL of 0.01 ppm in this commodity.

Proposed date of adoption (dd/mm/yy): Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website.
