Vietnam - Draft Circular providing amendments and supplements to certain articles in the Circular No. 16/2015/TT‑BTTTT dtd 17/05/2015 detailing implementation of Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP of the Government  on import and export of goods in the fields of printing and distribution of publications:

Ministry of Information and Communications, Authority of Publication, Printing and Distribution has issued draft circular provides amendments and supplements to Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BTTTT dated 17 June 2015, which aims toprevent commercial fraud and to protect the rights of consumers, as follows:

a)         Providing amendments and supplements to Article 5 in Circular No. 16/2015/TT‑BTTTT. "Article 5. Goods imported in the field of printing"

Promulgating Annex I and Annex II to supersede the Annex I and Annex II in Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BTTTT
