Russian Federation - Draft amendment No. 2 to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union on Safety of Toys (CU TR 008/2011)

Eurasian Economic Commission has issued notification draft amendments 2 to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union On Safety of Toys» (CU TR 008/2011), envisage establishment of the requirements ensuring protection of children from the possible negative impact on their development and health, causing aggression, fear and anxiety.

Proposed date of entry into force: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Final date for comments: 31 August 2016
