Standards and Metrology Department has issued draft Technical Regulation for "Sugar and its Products Peanut Halawa". This draft technical regulation is concerned with basic requirements, definitions, sampling, methods of tests, packaging, transportation, storage, display and labelling for peanut halawa which is prepared from Tehena and natural sugars for human consumption.
