USA - New regulation requires Lighting and Marking on Agricultural Equipment

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Department of Transportation (DOT) has issued regulation on requirement of Lighting and Marking onAgricultural Equipment Pursuant to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21), the agency is adding a new regulation to the CFR that sets forth requirements for lighting and marking on agricultural equipment to improve daytime and nighttime visibility. It standardizes lighting and marking requirements for agricultural equipment across the United States.
