Indonesia - Technical Regulation for Labelling of Energy Efficiency Mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamp Directorate General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource has issued the regulation requires that Industrial businesses which produce, import and trade of Compact Fluorescent Lamps for general lighting shall apply the Labelling of the energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps and shall have Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC). The Compact Fluorescent Lamps for general lighting which are traded in domestic market both originated domestically and imported shall meet the requirements of Labelling the energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps. The previous regulation had already been notified to WTO number G/TBT/N/IDN/42 on Draft Decree of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources on technical regulation of energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps. Currently the new regulation amends particular requirements, such as: 1. Adding cool daylight and warm light Compact Fluorescent Lamps types to be regulated 2. Changing the CCT value from the absolute value of 6500k to 2700 K to 6500 K 3. Changing the energy-saving criteria Proposed date of adoption: 12 months after enacted Proposed date of entry into force: 18 June 2014 Final date for comments: 60 days from notification |
