Kazakhstan - Draft Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Safety of Combustible Gas, Prepared for Transportation and (or) Use.

Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued notification on Draft Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Safety of Combustible Gas, Prepared for Transportation and (or) Use" specifies requirements for natural combustible gas, prepared for transportation and (or) use, aimed at ensuring human health and life protection, protection of property, environmental protection, preventing consumer deception, as well as energy efficiency and resource-saving.

Proposed date of adoption: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation.

Proposed date of entry into force: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation.

Final date for comments: 29 July 2016
