Rwanda Standards Board has issued draft standard DRS 303: 2016 Ginger – Specification – Part 2: Dried and ground This Draft Rwanda Standard prescribes the requirements and methods of test and sampling for ginger, zingiber officinale Roscoe (Sonth). It applies for whole and ground (powder) ginger.
