This Instruction establishes guidelines on performance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), as federal registering agency for changes in registration processes of pesticides trademark, their components and the like, referred to in § 1 of art. 22 of Decree Nº 4074, 4 January 2002.
