Brazil – Resolution on electronic submission on importation of goods and products:

Anvisa - Brazilian Health Regulatory Agencyhas issued Resolution nº 74/2016, May 2nd 2016, regarding the electronic submission on importation of goods and products which are subjected to sanitary surveillance. This Resolution revokes all the items of Chapter VI of the Resolution RDC 81/2008.
