EU - Decision on the non-approval of certain biocidal active substances pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 528/2012

European Commission has issued notification on implementing decision on the non-approval of certain biocidal active substances pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 528/2012. It excludes certain active substances from the European Union list of active substances, which may be used in biocidal products.

Proposed Month of adoption: September 2016

Proposed period of entry into force: 20 days from publication in the Official Journal of the EU (Application from September 2017)
