Republic of Korea – Proposed Draft Amendments to the Standards and Specifications for Livestock Products (Cheese)

Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, Republic of Korea has issued notification on the proposed amendments seek to revise the processing standards for natural cheese to allow natural cheese made from unpasteurized milk if the cheese undergoes maturing process for more than sixty days at 2 celsius and more.      

Final date for comments: 5 June 2016
