Health Authority, Public Health Division, State of Oregon  has issued notification pertains to Inhalant delivery systems. Air quality (ICS: 13.040), Tobacco, tobacco products and related equipment. Notification establishes rules related to child-resistant packaging, packaging not attractive to minors, and labeling requirements for Inhalant Delivery Systems (IDS). Inhalant delivery systems are devices that can be used to deliver nicotine, cannabinoids and other substances, in the form of a vapor or aerosol. These include e-cigarettes, vape pens, e-hookah and other devices.

Proposed date of adoption: To be determined

Proposed date of entry into force1 July 2016

Final date for comments: 29 April 2016
