USA – Warning labeling requirement on Plastics bags

For Prevention of deceptive practices and consumer protection, Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Department of Public Health, State of Massachusetts has issued notification pertains to Plastic bags and plastic film. Packaging materials and accessories (ICS: 55.040), Sacks. Bags (ICS: 55.080) Conforming the labeling requirements used in other states so that warning labels appear on one side of certain plastic bags.
