Vietnam – Amendment in regulation relating to the contents of labeling, testing, production, manufacture, sale, importation, circulation and quality control of veterinary drugs.

Department of Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued circular specifies the regulation relating to the contents of labeling, testing, production, manufacture, sale, importation, circulation and quality control of veterinary drugs.

This circular applies to organizations, households and individuals in the country, overseas Vietnamese, foreign organizations and individuals carrying out activities of or related to the contents of labeling, testing, production, manufacture, sale, importation, circulation and quality control of veterinary drugs. The circular includes 7 Chapters, 48 Articles and 30 Annexes of which described in detail of the requirement, forms and context and relevant documents when applying for registration of veterinary drugs.
