Japan -  Proposed maximum residue limits (MRLs) for Diethofencarb.

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has issued notification on maximum residue limits (MRLs) for the  agricultural chemical Diethofencarb. This notification applies on following products

-        Edible vegetables and certain roots and tubers (HS Codes: 07.02, 07.03, 07.04, 07.05, 07.06, 07.07, 07.08, 07.09, 07.10 and 07.13)

-        Edible fruits and nuts, peel of citrus/melons (HS Codes: 08.01, 08.02, 08.03, 08.04, 08.05, 08.06, 08.07, 08.08, 08.09, 08.10, 08.11 and 08.14)

-        Coffee, tea, mate and spices (HS Codes: 09.02, 09.03, 09.04, 09.05, 09.06, 09.07, 09.08, 09.09 and 09.10)

-        Cereals (HS Code: 10.01)

-        Oleaginous fruits, miscellaneous grains, seeds and fruits (HS Codes: 12.01, 12.02, 12.04, 12.05, 12.06 and 12.07)

 

Proposed date of publication: As soon as possible after the final date for the comment period.

Final date for comments: 29 May 2016. Comments only to updated MRLs (marked with black circles in attached annexes).
