Japan -  Proposed maximum residue limits (MRLs) for the Bendiocarb.

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has issued notification on maximum residue limits (MRLs) for the  agricultural chemical  Bendiocarb. This notification applies on following products;

-          Meat and edible meat offal (HS Codes: 02.01, 02.02, 02.06, 02.07 and 02.09)

-          Dairy produce, birds' eggs and natural honey (HS Codes: 04.01, 04.07 and 04.08)

-          Products of animal origin (HS Code: 05.04)

-          Edible vegetables and certain roots and tubers (HS Codes: 07.01, 07.09 and 07.10)

-          Edible fruits and nuts, peel of citrus/melons (HS Codes: 08.03 and 08.14)

-          Coffee, tea, mate and spices (HS Codes: 09.03, 09.04, 09.05, 09.06, 09.07, 09.08, 09.09 and 09.10)

-          Cereals (HS Codes: 10.01, 10.02, 10.03, 10.04, 10.05, 10.06, 10.07 and 10.08)

-          Oleaginous fruits, miscellaneous grains, seeds and fruits (HS Code: 12.12)

-          Animal or vegetable fats and oils (HS Codes: 15.01 and 15.02)

 

Proposed date of adoption : As soon as possible after the final date for the comment period.

Proposed date of publication:As soon as possible after the final date for the comment period.

Final date for comments:29 May 2016.
