EU - Biocidal products:

For Protection of public health and of the environment, EU has issued notification on Harmonisation of the EU market on biocidal products.

This draft Commission Implementing Regulation approves Amines, N-C10-C16-alkyltrimethylenedi-, reaction products with chloroacetic acid as an existing active substance for use in biocidal products for product-types 2, 3 and 4.

Proposed date of entry into force: 20 days from publication in the Official Journal of the EU (Application from January 2018
