United States of America proposed tolerances for residues of Prometryn, Quinclorac and Ethofumesate

The Environmental Protection Agency proposed following regulation establishes tolerances for residues:

· Prometryn in or on multiple commodities

o  Product covered: Celtuce, Cottonseed, Fennel, Florence, fresh leaves and stalk, Leaf petiole vegetable, Sesame, seed, Swiss, chard

o  HS code: 07, 08, 12

· Quinclorac in or on the bushberry subgroup 13-07B, the caneberry subgroup 13-07A, and asparagus

o  Product covered: Bushberry, Caneberry

o  HS code: 0810
