South Korea seeks to amend the standards and specifications for foods

Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has proposed amendment seeks to integrate the amendments in Processing Standards and Composition Specifications for Livestock Products into Standards and Specifications for Foods:

-         Revision of Preservation and Distribution Standards for eggs and newly established Standards for egg washing methods;

-         Newly established Manufacturing and Processing Standards for Processed Egg Products;

-         Revision of terms;

-         Revision of test methods.
